It doesn't carry any military markings but these were very similar to WW2 Issued Coats
Rough size is a 36" 38" chest
Very long and heavy
For its age Its in pretty good used condition, few holes, nicks, stains, seams freyed etc. It has had one owner who is now over 90 yrs old so selling it on his behalf. It's been sat in his cupboard since he retired from riding in his 70's
